LOTW was formed in December of 2000 from 10 families that had a passion to try and reach the unchurched of north Fort Worth.  Since that time, the ministry has called a movie theater and shopping center home until moving into our current facility (22,000 sq ft building on 11 acres) in September of 2003.  Since the beginning of the ministry LOTW has grown through reaching out to people who have not had a church home for many years as well as those who come from a variety of different denominational backgrounds.  We are a contemporary congregation made up of real people with real joys and real struggles really trying to make a difference in our own lives and in the community around us.

We encourage our members to see their lives on this earth as a work in progress as we gradually seek to reflect more and more the glory of our risen Lord.  As the Apostle Paul encourages us…”our faces shining with the brightness of his face. And so we are transfigured much like the Messiah,  our lives gradually becoming brighter and more beautiful as God enters our lives and we become more like him.” 2 Corinthians 3:18 -- The Message

Beliefs

We believe in God as he has revealed himself through Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose again and all who believe in Him and are baptized will be saved.
