Facility Rental Policy

Classroom: $75 for the first 2 hours.  Deposit is equal to the initial 2 hour rental.

Additional hours are $37.50

Café:  $125 for the first 2 hours.  Deposit is equal to the initial 2 hour rental.

Additional hours are $62.50

Sanctuary: $250 for the first 2 hours.  Deposit is equal to the initial 2 hour rental.

Additional hours are $125.00

Member rental for personal business use: 20% of proceeds of their business

Janitorial Rates:  $50 on up depending on the size and scope of the activity

Member’s personal use rental: 33% of Normal Rate (plus Janitorial)

• All activities come with a free 30 minute set up before the event and a 30 minute clean up.  If additional set up and clean up is required, they will be charged at the normal rates for the room.
• Rooms rented for 1 hour will still be charged the initial room rental rate which is good for up to 2 hours.
