WILLKOMMEN! LOTW Oktoberfest October 21st!  Come out after second service with the entire family for our bake sale, live music, face painting, bounce houses & more.
 
It’s time to trick-or-treat! October 21st we’ll meet in the Café and Heather Kosi will lead us next door as a group. After trick-or-treating, head back to the church for Oktoberfest! 
 
Middle School Youth:  In town for Thanksgiving break? Grab a friend and join the LOTW youth at Six Flags on Monday, November 19th from 2-10 pm. Meet at LOTW and carpool to Six Flags for a day of fun! Sign up at the Connection/Information Desk by November 7th. Cost is dependent on the amount of people attending and will be determined by November 7th. Kids Christmas Party:  Come celebrate the Christmas season with your friends at a special Christmas party for kids from kindergarten-5th grade on Sunday, December 9th from 5-7 pm. Wear your pajamas; bring a $5 gift to exchange! No Wednesday Evening Programs on October 31st:  Enjoy the time with your families!  
 
New  Wednesday Adult Bible Study:  “The Life Of Jesus” will meet each Wednesday beginning October 24th from 6:30-8:00pm. Draw close to our Savior this Christmas with a historical and engaging look at some of the Biblical events in the life of Jesus Christ. Cost of study materials is $10. Sign up at the Connection/Information Desk or contact Tammy Fragano at Fragano@lotwchurch.org. 
 
New Sunday Adult Bible Study:  Grab a cup of coffee between services and join us each Sunday in November as we study  the Psalms.  No need to sign up, just come on in. Study materials will be provided in class. We meet in room 109 at 10:30. 
 
 New Women’s Bible Study :  Join us as we look at the spiritual lessons learned from “Twelve Women of the Bible” and what they mean for your life today.  This small group DVD bible study will be held on Wednesdays beginning November 7th from 6:30-8:00pm.  Sign up at the Connection/Information desk or contact Lakshmi at lakshmi.morgan@att.net.   
 

Walk To End Alzheimer’s:  Christina Ware is walking in honor of family members with this disease. If you would like to donate in support of her walk please email Christina at tina_marieg@yahoo.com .  

NICA Thanksgiving Collection:  NICA gives out 400 Thanksgiving Baskets to those in need in their community. They are requesting that we gather 400 cans of Mixed Fruit for the baskets. We will begin collecting them October 28th through November 11th in the foyer. Please contact Russell Johnston at crPetHospital@sbcglobal.net for more information.  

Thanksgiving Eve Pie Social:  Staying in town for Thanksgiving?  Join us Thanksgiving Eve, November 21st at 6:30 pm for a short devotion and a dessert potluck.  Just bring your appetite and your favorite Thanksgiving dessert!  

Thanksgiving Dinner: Calling everyone who has no plans for Thanksgiving!  Come Join your church family for a LOTW style church family Thanksgiving meal and games.  The Kosi and Proctor families are hosting the dinner in the café. The meal will be provided, just bring an appetizer or dessert and join us at 2pm Thanksgiving Day.  There is a sign up at the Information/Connection Desk or contact Heather Kosi at 949-315-6072 or hkosi520@gmail.com.  

Christmas by Candlelight Hostess Meeting : We will have a short, informative meeting for all Christmas by Candlelight hostesses on Sunday, October 28th in the Café following second service.   

Christmas by Candlelight: November 30th at 7pm. Just 6 weeks away!  This is an elegant evening in our beautiful Worship Center, filled with worship and a message to prepare our hearts for the True meaning of Christmas!  We are excited to welcome our guest speaker, radio personality Rebecca Carrell.  We pray you will be uplifted as you enjoy an evening filled with fun, desserts, a thought-provoking Christmas message, and beautiful Christmas music.  This event is for ladies and girls 6th grade and up.  Tickets will be available for purchase beginning November 4th.   

Christmas by Candlelight Help Needed:  Ladies and girls – We need you!  Christmas by Candlelight is made possible by many helping hands to host tables or behind the scenes!  Hostesses provide place settings (dishes and silverware) for 6-8 people, dessert and Christmas décor for your table. Please stop by the Connection/Information Desk to sign up.
