Fear, Worry, and Doubt

Who hasn’t run into situations in life where we respond with fear, or find ourselves worrying, or having doubts about how things will turn out?! All of us! In fact, the Bible specifically mentions fear over 600 times, so it is by no means a topic that it fails to address. Repeatedly we are commanded to “Fear not!” because, as believers, we have the power of the Creator of heaven and earth behind us! That being the case, there really is no reason whatsoever to fear, but all too often, we have to admit it gets us! Two other huge issues we face as we travel the road of life are worry and doubt. They are related in that any one of them tends to breed the presence of one, or the other, or both! Today’s sermon is as practical as it is insightful. Open your heart, and no doubt God will use it to equip you with wisdom to better meet the circumstances in your own life.
